Lisa Bruton is the founder of Arise Sanctuary, creating spaces that help people step away from the noise of everyday life, connect with God and gain fresh perspective.

Through her work, Lisa is passionate about helping people recognise God’s voice, understand what He has placed on their hearts and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Having hosted retreats for women across Australia and internationally since 2016, Lisa brings a heart for creating meaningful spaces where people can encounter God, reflect on what matters and explore what He might be inviting them into next.

At ALTITUDE, Lisa brings this same heart into the world of business, creating space for conversations around faith, purpose, hearing God’s voice and the possibilities that emerge when we approach our work from a different perspective.

Ed Rush

Ed Rush brings a unique combination of business insight, leadership experience and an extraordinary background in military aviation.

A former US Marine Corps F/A-18 fighter pilot and Top Gun graduate, Ed flew more than 50 combat missions and served as the Marine Corps’ number-one one-against-one dogfighting instructor.

Since his military career, Ed has consulted with more than 570 individuals and companies, written bestselling books and founded God Talks, a platform focused on helping people explore their relationship with God and hear His voice.

Ed brings a distinctive perspective to the intersection of faith, business and leadership, challenging people to think differently about what is possible and how they approach the opportunities in front of them.

Together, Lisa and Ed bring different experiences and perspectives to ALTITUDE, creating space for practical insight, thoughtful discussion and fresh ways of thinking about faith and business.

Fabiano Altamura is not your typical communication coach. He is a disruptor.

A graduate of the prestigious Arts Educational Schools in London, Fabiano brings more than 30 years of professional experience as an actor, director, writer and producer, working alongside Angelina Jolie, Gerard Butler and James McAvoy on stage and screen.

As co-founder and Dean of an accredited performing arts conservatory, and host of the Storia Podcast with more than 14 million views, he has trained thousands of communicators across the globe.

Women have been at the centre of Fabiano's work for more than three decades. The majority of his students, his team and many of his clients are women.

What he carries for them is not simply professional. It is deeply personal.

He believes every woman carries a voice that has not yet been fully heard, and a vision that existed long before the world told her to be quiet.

His work is not about helping people speak better.

Originally offering luxury boutique retreats for women, Arise Sanctuary now hosts impactful events for a wider audience.

As a mum to two young girls, Aria and Coco, and wife to her "legend" husband, Matty, Lisa brings warmth, humour, and authenticity to every gathering. Her heart for helping people live fully alive shines through in her storytelling and insights. In her downtime, she enjoys surfing and traveling with her family.
