Lisa and Ed will also be joined by special guest speakers, each bringing their own story and wisdom from walking with God in business and life.

Building with God’s wisdom
Practical, grounded sessions on how you lead, make decisions and steward what has been placed in your hands, bringing God’s wisdom into the real, day-to-day work of business.

Leading from rest, not striving
So many business owners are running on empty. We’ll look at what it means to lead from a place of peace and identity in God, rather than pressure and performance.

Ed Rush

Ed Rush brings a unique combination of business insight, leadership experience and an extraordinary background in military aviation.

A former US Marine Corps F/A-18 fighter pilot and Top Gun graduate, Ed flew more than 50 combat missions and served as the Marine Corps’ number-one one-against-one dogfighting instructor.

Since his military career, Ed has consulted with more than 570 individuals and companies, written bestselling books and founded God Talks, a platform focused on helping people explore their relationship with God and hear His voice.

Ed brings a distinctive perspective to the intersection of faith, business and leadership, challenging people to think differently about what is possible and how they approach the opportunities in front of them.

Lisa Bruton

Lisa Bruton is the founder of Arise Sanctuary, creating spaces that help people step away from the noise of everyday life, connect with God and gain fresh perspective.

Through her work, Lisa is passionate about helping people recognise God’s voice, understand what He has placed on their hearts and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Having hosted retreats for women across Australia and internationally since 2016, Lisa brings a heart for creating meaningful spaces where people can encounter God, reflect on what matters and explore what He might be inviting them into next.
